Candidates for federal and state offices will appear on the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania ballot in 2024. Federal offices are: President, U.S. Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives. Statewide “row offices” – Attorney General, Auditor General, and State Treasurer – will be up for election, too. Only odd-numbered State Senate seats will be elected in 2024. All 203 Pennsylvania House of Representative seats will be on the ballot. National convention delegates and alternates for both the Democratic and Republican parties will be chosen in the Primary Election to be held April 23.
For purposes of identification, the names of current office holders for these positions are listed in bold, whether they are declared candidates or not. As additional candidates announce, they will be added. Candidates will be gathering signatures on nomination petitions starting January 23 with a deadline of February 13, 2024 to submit their petitions to election officials. This is a work in progress.
